MTN FA Cup: We can’t underrate Golden Kick in the final- Kotoko Head Coach

Kumasi Asante Kotoko's head coach, Abdul Karim Zito, remains focused. He is not complacent about winning the MTN FA Cup title.

Kotoko will face Golden Kick in the final on June 15. The match will take place at the University of Ghana Stadium.

The Porcupine Warriors defeated Berekum Chelsea 1-0 in the semifinals. This win gives Kotoko a chance to claim the trophy for the first time since 2017.

Golden Kick advanced by beating Attram De Visser 3-1 in their semifinal match. Despite this, Zito is determined not to underestimate any opponent.

"You can’t underrate any club until you get what you want," he said. "I don’t care whether they are in Division One or not."

Zito emphasized his commitment to winning the cup. "I am going there for the cup," he stated confidently.

Kotoko will return to Ghana Premier League action on Sunday, May 18. They will play against Dreams FC, where Zito was head coach just two months ago.
