RB Leipzig's recent permanent signing of Xavi Simons from Paris Saint-Germain has caught the attention of Premier League clubs, with Manchester United, Liverpool, and Manchester City all reportedly monitoring the situation.
Simons, who joined PSG in 2019 after leaving Barcelona's academy, had limited opportunities in France before moving to Leipzig on loan. After impressing, Leipzig made his transfer permanent for an initial €50m, with add-ons that could increase the fee to €75-80m. Despite his recent ankle injury, the 21-year-old has regained his form.
Reports suggest Leipzig is willing to sell him for €70-80m. United were previously linked to Simons, and both Liverpool and City are exploring potential interest in the young playmaker.
