Man arrested for vandalizing vehicles at Ghana’s Parliament

An unidentified young man was arrested today for allegedly smashing the windshields of vehicles parked on the premises of Ghana’s Parliament in Accra.

The suspect was swiftly subdued by parliamentary security personnel, who handed him over to police stationed at the legislature.

A video circulating online shows the man crying as he was escorted away, sparking public curiosity about his motives and how he accessed the secured compound.

Authorities are yet to issue an official statement, but police investigations into the incident are ongoing.

The event has raised concerns about security at the parliamentary premises.
