Manchester City closing in on €80 million deal for Omar Marmoush

Manchester City are close to finalizing an €80 million deal with Eintracht Frankfurt for 25-year-old forward Omar Marmoush, according to Foot Mercato.

The Egypt international, who has impressed in the Bundesliga with 13 goals and 8 assists this season, is expected to join Pep Guardiola’s team in the current transfer window.

Marmoush has also contributed 18 goals and 12 assists across all competitions, helping Frankfurt secure third place in the Bundesliga and a potential Europa League knockout berth. City and Frankfurt are confident a deal can be completed soon, with Marmoush reportedly already agreeing to the move. The player is under contract with Frankfurt until 2027.
