Medeama SC assistant coach, Stephen Pius Gurah, expressed mixed emotions after his team’s 1-1 draw with Asante Kotoko in their Week 16 Ghana Premier League match at TnA Stadium.

Asante Kotoko took the lead with a first-half goal from Kwame Opoku, but Medeama equalized through substitute Kamaradini Mamudu in the second half. Despite the draw, Gurah was dissatisfied with the result, stating his team had numerous chances to win but failed to convert them.

He acknowledged the positive aspect of creating opportunities but emphasized the need to finish them in future matches. The draw left Medeama in 7th place with 25 points, while Asante Kotoko remained 4th with 28 points.
