Former Ghanaian football star Michael Essien has returned to Ghana with Danish club FC Nordsjaelland as part of a cultural exchange program. The initiative seeks to strengthen ties with Ghana and inspire young football talents.
FC Nordsjaelland, based at the Right to Dream Academy in Old Akrade, arrived on December 7 and began activities with their first training session. Essien, a member of the club’s coaching team, has generated enthusiasm among academy players and football fans.

The delegation, comprising first-team players and staff, will engage in various activities aimed at fostering cultural appreciation and supporting Ghana's football development.
