Arda Guler scored twice as Real Madrid thrashed fourth-tier Deportiva Minera 5-0 to advance to the Copa del Rey last 16.
Federico Valverde opened the scoring in the fifth minute, followed by Eduardo Camavinga's header to double the lead. Guler's deflected strike made it 3-0 before Luka Modric added a fourth early in the second half, finishing a smart combination with Brahim Diaz. Guler sealed the victory with a tap-in two minutes from time.
The win extended Madrid's unbeaten run against Murcian sides in the competition to 11 matches, with nine victories. Valverde's early goal, timed at 4:46, was the fastest of this season's Copa del Rey. Real Madrid kept only their fourth clean sheet in the competition's last 21 matches.
