Mohammed Kudus should be playing for a club closer to the top- Jamie Carragher

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has criticized Mohammed Kudus’ poor form. He believes this is a key reason for West Ham's struggles in the 2024-2025 season. Currently, West Ham sits 15th in the English Premier League. Last season, they finished in ninth place.

Before West Ham’s recent match against Nottingham Forest, Carragher spoke on Sky Sports. The Hammers lost that game 2-1. Carragher highlighted Kudus' drop in performance compared to last season. He stated, “He’s a quality player who should be higher up the table.”

Carragher noted that Kudus hasn’t performed as well this season. Last year, he had eight goals and nine assists in 33 league games. This season, he has only four goals and three assists in 31 appearances.

In the loss to Nottingham Forest, Kudus played for 79 minutes. West Ham will finish their league season against Ipswich Town on Sunday, May 25.
