Hakim Sulemana, Kamaldeen's younger brother, wants to follow in his footsteps. He aims to reach the English Premier League like Kamaldeen. Hakim shared this goal in an interview with CAF Media.
He recently won two Man of the Match awards at the 2025 CAF AFCON Under-20 Championship. In a quarterfinal match against Egypt, he scored a late penalty. This brought Ghana level at 2-2, but they lost 5-4 in a penalty shootout.
Ghana missed qualifying for the AFCON semifinals and the FIFA World Cup in Chile. After the match against Egypt, Hakim said, “My dream is to reach the Premier League like Kamal.” He added that he wants to become a regular player at Randers and prove his worth.
Ghana has not qualified for the Under-20 World Cup since 2015 due to this loss.
