Official: Six Juventus players out as Motta names Coppa Italia squad list

Juventus coach Thiago Motta has announced his squad for the Coppa Italia match against Cagliari, confirming the absences of Douglas Luiz, Andrea Cambiaso, Jonas Rouhi, Arkadiusz Milik, Gleison Bremer, and Juan Cabal.

The defending champions, unbeaten in Serie A but with ten draws in 16 games, will face Cagliari at the Allianz Stadium. Juventus is nine points behind league leaders Atalanta.

The winner of this match will play Empoli in the quarter-finals in February 2025.

Empoli advanced after defeating Fiorentina on penalties. Juventus is expected to use a 4-2-3-1 formation, with Kenan Yildiz supporting Dusan Vlahovic and Teun Koopmeiners in midfield.
