As the 2024/25 season approaches, Kickgh.com provides a summary of Ghanaian players' performances over the weekend.

ENGLAND
Kamaldeen Sulemana played 69 minutes for Southampton. They lost 2-0 to Everton.
Mohammed Kudus was on the field for 79 minutes with West Ham. They lost 1-2 at home to Nottingham Forest.
Jordan Ayew played 64 minutes for Leicester City. They won 2-0 against Ipswich Town.
Thomas Partey played the full match for Arsenal in their 1-0 win over Newcastle United.

SPAIN
Inaki Williams came on in the second half for Athletic Club. They won 1-0 against Valencia.
Kwasi Sibo played the entire match for Real Oviedo.
Jerry Afriyie scored for CD Lugo in their 2-0 win over Zamora FC.

GERMANY
Sirlord Conteh did not play for Heidenheim, who lost 1-4 to Werder Bremen.
Richmond Tachie featured in Eintracht Braunschweig's loss, 1-4 against FC Nuremberg.
Ragnar Ache also played as Kaiserslautern lost 4-0 to FC Cologne.

Christopher Antwi-Adjei and Anton Donkor were active for Schalke O4 in their loss, 1-2 to Elversberg.

ITALY
Emmanuel Gyasi played the full match for Empoli in their away win, 3-1 over AC Monza.
Mohammed Salisu was not included in AS Monaco's squad that lost, 4-0 at RC Lens.
Gideon Mensah and Elisha Owusu both played full matches for AJ Auxerre, winning 3-1 against PSG.

Jayden Owusu-Oduro, Ernest Poku, and Ibrahim Sadiq all featured for AZ Alkmaar in a thrilling draw, ending at 1-1 with Almere City FC.
Brian Brobbey played for Ajax who won against FC Twente but missed out on the Eredivisie title.

BELGIUM
Mohammed Gadafi Hussein scored his eleventh goal this season as Union Saint-Gilloise won emphatically, beating Royal Antwerp by a score of 4-0.

TURKEY
Emmanuel Boateng watched from the bench as Gaziantep FK drew goalless with Antalyaspor.
Musah Mohammed made a brief appearance as Bodrum FK drew with Trabzonspor at one goal each.
Alexander Djiku played fully as Fenerbahçe won against Prince Ampem's Eyupspor by a score of 2-1.

ROMANIA

SWEDEN
