Prosper Ogum hails youth trio’s impact in Kotoko’s MTN FA cup victory

Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Ogum praised the performance of three youth players in their 2-0 victory over Acceler8z FC in the MTN FA Cup Round of 32.

Vitus Avoka made his first-team debut in the starting lineup, while Jordan Amissah and Solomon Sah impressed after being introduced in the second half. All three players are part of the club’s Osei Tutu II Youth Team.

Ogum highlighted their potential, noting that the match provided a great opportunity for them to showcase their abilities. He emphasized the importance of giving young players more chances to build confidence, work harder in training, and earn more playing time. The strong performances reflect Asante Kotoko's focus on youth development.
