Renato Veiga 'agrees' Borussia Dortmund move

Chelsea defender Renato Veiga has agreed to join Borussia Dortmund on loan this January, with a potential option to buy, according to reports.

The 21-year-old Portugal international has impressed at Chelsea, playing multiple roles, but has struggled to secure a regular starting spot in the Premier League. Although Serie A’s Napoli had shown interest, Dortmund now appear to be the front-runners for his signature.

Veiga is reportedly keen on the move, but Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has expressed his desire to keep him, highlighting Veiga's importance to the squad. Meanwhile, another Chelsea defender, Axel Disasi, is also attracting interest from Juventus, who are looking to bolster their defense alongside other targets like Barcelona's Ronald Araujo.
