Former GHALCA chairman Kudjoe Fianoo has urged Sports Minister-designate Kofi Adams to restructure the Black Stars' winning bonuses.
The issue of player bonuses has been widely debated, with some believing that certain players are only motivated by money.
Currently, players receive winning and qualification bonuses during tournament qualifiers.
While some have called for the bonus system to be scrapped, Fianoo insists that Adams should reform it.
Speaking to Sporty FM, he emphasized the need to address the "co-efficient" in the bonus structure. Adams is expected to be approved by Parliament after vetting, replacing Mustapha Ussif, who served from 2021 to 2024.
