Rose Yeboah Amoanimaa and Grace Mintah Battle for Top Honor at SWAG's 49th Awards

The Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) has revealed the nominees for its 49th awards edition, with Rose Yeboah Amoanimaa and Grace Mintah competing for the prestigious Sports Personality of the Year award.

The SWAG Awards, the longest-running award scheme in Ghana, has celebrated sports excellence since 1975, recognizing top-performing athletes and individuals who contribute to sports development.

A statement from the Association, signed by General Secretary Charles Osei Asibey, confirmed that the 49th edition will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025, at the Accra International Conference Center, starting at 6pm.
