Ruben Amorim reveals Alejandro Garnacho punishment for tunnel storm-off

Ruben Amorim has revealed the punishment Alejandro Garnacho will face for storming down the tunnel during Manchester United's 3-2 win over Ipswich Town.

After Garnacho was substituted at half-time for Noussair Mazraoui following a red card to Patrick Dorgu, the 20-year-old was visibly upset and left the pitch early.

In a press conference ahead of the FA Cup tie against Fulham, Amorim explained that Garnacho would make amends by paying for dinner for the entire team.

Amorim also emphasized that, at Manchester United, perception is important, and young players need to understand the significance of their actions.

While acknowledging the challenges of modern football and social media, Amorim stressed that Garnacho would learn from this experience and move on.
