SERIE A: Man United Rejects seal Napoli’s title win

On May 23, Scott McTominay of Napoli scored a stunning goal. He used a scissor-kick volley to help his team beat Cagliari. This victory secured Napoli's fourth Serie A title.

Napoli needed to win as Inter Milan led 2-0 at Como. The fans created an incredible atmosphere at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.

McTominay, who joined Napoli from Manchester United for £25.7 million in August, opened the scoring. He connected acrobatically with Matteo Politano’s cross from the right wing.

A win would make Napoli champions for the second time in three seasons. Romelu Lukaku added a second goal, showing strength and speed against Michel Adopo. He slotted the ball past Alen Sherri.

Lukaku's goal triggered wild celebrations among substitutes and coaching staff. He received a yellow card for taking off his shirt during the celebration.
