Semenyo reflects on growth and targets continued success in 2025

Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo has reflected on his progress over the past year, emphasizing personal and professional growth.

He said, “The past year has gone really well. Over 2024, I’ve been able to develop a lot as a man, in football, and in my enjoyment of the game.” Initially hoping for playing time, Semenyo contributed more than expected, noting, “I was able to contribute in ways I wasn’t sure I could.”

As part of Bournemouth's unbeaten streak, he is focused on continuing his form: “I’d like to think things have gone really well, I just want to keep thriving.” He acknowledged that not every moment will be perfect, adding, “I want to be able to contribute in some way, even if that’s just defensively and in the press.”
