Some Black Stars players worried about Otto Addo's future - Kofi Adams

Concerns are growing over the future of Black Stars head coach Otto Addo, as Ghana’s Sports Minister-designate, Kofi Adams, reveals that some players have doubts about his leadership.

Addo has faced heavy criticism following Ghana’s failure to qualify for the 2025 AFCON.

Despite this, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has decided to retain him, while revamping his technical team with a technical adviser, psychologist, and video analyst ahead of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

Speaking on Sporty FM, Adams emphasized that concerns about Addo's tenure extend beyond fans and officials, with some players also expressing reservations.

His remarks highlight the ongoing uncertainty surrounding Addo’s role as Ghana looks to rebuild for future competitions.
