Something had to change - LeBron James on All-Star Game format

At 39, LeBron James, NBA's all-time leading scorer and a four-time MVP, wasn’t in a celebratory mood despite his career milestones.

Instead, he expressed concerns about the state of the game. Speaking about the All-Star Game format changes, James said, "It's not just the All-Star Game. It's our game in general. There's a lot of f---ing 3s being shot."

He also addressed the need for change in the All-Star Game, commenting, "Something had to change," due to last year's disappointing performance, where the two teams combined for 397 points.

James' remarks reflect his desire for a shift in the game, both in the All-Star format and the broader style of play.
