Ghana's Minister for Sports and Recreation, Kofi Adams, has expressed confidence in the Black Stars' readiness for their upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Chad and Madagascar.

After missing the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, the team will regroup for the first time this year, aiming to boost their chances for World Cup qualification.

Adams assured that the players are well-prepared and psychologically ready for the matches, calling on Ghanaians to support the team.

The Black Stars will face Chad at the Accra Sports Stadium on March 21 and travel to Morocco to play Madagascar on March 24. Ghana currently shares nine points with Comoros in Group I of the qualifiers.
