Former Databank CEO Kojo Addae-Mensah has urged immediate improvements in both the technical and management teams of the Black Stars to secure Ghana's qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
He believes the team's recent poor performances, including in the AFCON qualifiers, were due to weaknesses in these areas.
Speaking on Asempa FM, Addae-Mensah stressed the need to learn from past mistakes and make necessary corrections, emphasizing that failure to strengthen the teams could jeopardize World Cup qualification.
His concerns reflect broader frustrations about disunity and inefficiencies within the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
The call for action comes as Ghana prepares for the next phase of World Cup qualifiers in March, with plans to reconstitute the technical team.
