"Ten years fulfilling a dream"- Inaki Williams celebrates tenth anniversary as Athletic Club player

Ghanaian forward Inaki Williams celebrated his 10th anniversary with Athletic Bilbao on December 6, 2024, marking a remarkable career with his hometown club. The 30-year-old, born in Spain to Ghanaian parents, debuted for the Basque side a decade ago and has since made 441 appearances, scoring 105 goals, making him the club’s 14th all-time top scorer.

Known for his resilience, Williams has missed only three games in nine years due to injury or suspension. He played a pivotal role in ending Bilbao’s 40-year Copa del Rey drought last season by defeating Real Mallorca in the final.
