Tom Vernon, founder of Right to Dream, has announced his departure from the boards of FC Nordsjaelland and San Diego FC, marking a significant change in his career.
Vernon, who started the Right to Dream academy in Ghana in 1999, expanded it globally by acquiring FC Nordsjaelland and launching San Diego FC.
He plans to focus on new projects while maintaining his commitment to Ghana, where the academy continues to develop young African talent.
Under his leadership, FCN became a leader in youth development and innovative football in Denmark.
He is proud of San Diego FC's progress and its alignment with Right to Dream’s values.
Vernon's legacy remains strong as he transitions to new ventures while still supporting his academy’s mission.
