"Trust the process"- Mohammed Salisu remains positive after Monaco's French Super Cup defeat to PSG

Ghana defender Mohammed Salisu shared his thoughts after AS Monaco's 1-0 loss to Paris Saint-Germain in the French Super Cup final.

The match, held at Stadium 974 in Doha, Qatar, saw a late goal from Ousmane Dembele secure PSG's victory.

Salisu, who played the full match, defended strongly as Monaco held their ground until the last-minute goal. In response, Salisu posted, "Trust the process; you’re doing great!! It’s part of the game. Lord knows."

The former Southampton and Real Valladolid player has been training in the Middle East during the Ligue 1 winter break and will return to action with Monaco for their upcoming game against FC Nantes. Salisu has made 15 appearances this season, scoring once.
