Vitor Pereira's tenure as Wolves manager began with a 3-0 victory over fellow strugglers Leicester.
Appointed as Gary O'Neil's replacement on Thursday, Pereira made four changes to the team, including bringing in Goncalo Guedes and Rodrigo Gomes. Both players scored in the first 36 minutes, with top scorer Matheus Cunha adding a third just before halftime after capitalizing on Leicester's defensive mistakes.
Leicester manager Ruud van Nistelrooy made multiple substitutions at halftime and early in the second half, but his team struggled to create any significant threats. Wolves secured their first win in five matches, ending a four-game losing streak.
