Former Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka has won the West Ham Player of the Year Award.
Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus did not make the top three this year. He finished second in last year's awards.
This reflects Kudus’ struggles this season with West Ham. Last season, he had a strong debut campaign. This season, he has four goals and three assists in 31 league matches.
Kudus' decline in form has been widely discussed. Pundit Jamie Carragher linked his struggles to West Ham's disappointing season.
Wan-Bissaka, 27, played mainly as a wing back under manager Graham Potter. He excelled during his debut season with the team.
He scored two goals and provided four assists in 37 Premier League games. Wan-Bissaka also led the team in tackles and interceptions.
He received the award before West Ham’s final home game. The match ended in a 2-1 loss to Nottingham Forest. Jarrod Bowen and Tomas Soucek finished second and third respectively.
