Plymouth Argyle head coach Wayne Rooney stated that he does not take criticism from fans personally following his team's 2-0 loss to Oxford United, which left them at the bottom of the Championship table.
Rooney acknowledged the frustration, saying, "When you're losing games as we're losing them, that frustration is there so I get it, and I don't take it personally."
Despite the poor form, including no wins in their last nine matches, he remains focused on improving. "You have to feel that you can turn it around," he added. On his job security, Rooney remarked, "That's a question for the board," while emphasizing his commitment to the team's success.
