Akwasi Adu, the CEO of Bibiani Gold Stars, is confident about winning the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League title. He believes everything is going according to plan as the season ends.

Gold Stars were scheduled to play Nsoatreman FC this weekend. However, Nsoatreman has been suspended from the league. As a result, Gold Stars will receive three points and three goals by default. This boost keeps them firmly in the title race.

In an interview with Channel One TV, Adu emphasized their focus on winning remaining games. They have a crucial match against Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Sunday, May 25 at 15:00 GMT.

"We are looking forward to the title," he said. "We had a shock loss at home against Karela. While it was disappointing, we know setbacks happen in football." He added that this loss allowed them to reflect on what went wrong.

Adu praised the technical team led by head coach Frimpong Manso for their response after the Karela defeat. Positive changes have emerged since that match. He is confident they will adjust before facing Asante Kotoko.

"If we win all our matches and Kotoko does too, we believe we can finish ahead," he stated. "Football is full of surprises, but our mission is clear: win every match ahead of us."
