We didn’t keep a clean sheet and I’m not happy about that- Ibrahim Tank on Medeama win over Basake

Medeama Sporting Club's head coach, Ibrahim Tanko, is frustrated.

His team won 2-1 against Basake Holy Stars. However, he is unhappy about conceding a goal.

Tanko spoke after the game at TNA Stadium in Tarkwa. Medeama had recently lost to Nations FC and Samartex.

Now, they have bounced back with two wins against Aduana Stars and Holy Stars. Despite the victories, Tanko wanted a clean sheet.

He said, “We had many chances in the first half.” He felt they should have scored two or three goals.

Tanko added that he was pleased with their overall performance. They created more chances than their opponents.

In another match, Kpando Heart of Lions lost 2-1 to Bibiani Gold Stars. This win allowed Gold Stars to replace Kumasi Asante Kotoko as league leaders.

Kotoko will face Berekum Chelsea on Wednesday, April 2.
