Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is tight-lipped about replacing Thomas Partey.
Partey will miss the UEFA Champions League semifinal against Paris Saint-Germain. This match is set for Tuesday, April 29, at the Emirates Stadium. He received a yellow card in the 85th minute of Arsenal’s 2-1 win over Real Madrid.
In a pre-game interview before facing Ipswich Town on April 20, Arteta discussed options to fill Partey's role. He stated, “We have a few options and we’re not going to give anything away.” The decision will depend on player availability closer to the game.
Partey will be eligible for the second leg against PSG on May 7 in France. This season, he has scored four goals and provided three assists in 46 matches. Partey has been one of Arsenal's standout players this year.
