We need to fix our challenges before World Cup qualifiers resume next year - Ghana legend Mohammed Polo

Ghana football legend, Mohammed Ahmed "Polo," has called on the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to address the underlying issues behind the Black Stars' failure to qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) before the 2026 World Cup qualifiers resume.

The team finished at the bottom of Group F with three points, after three defeats and three draws.

Polo stressed the importance of understanding the reasons behind the failure and finding solutions to avoid similar issues in the future.

He also urged the coach, Otto Addo, to work closely with the players, regardless of his future, and develop a clear philosophy and policy for their success in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
