Medeama Sporting Club head coach Ibrahim Tanko is frustrated. His team missed many chances in the 2024-2025 Ghana Premier League season.
Medeama won 2-1 against Basake Holy Stars at TNA Stadium in Tarkwa. This victory marked their second win in a row.
Tanko expressed disappointment over not keeping a clean sheet. He also noted that his team struggles to finish games early.
“I think the boys did well,” he said. “We score many goals, but we need to kill the game earlier.” He added they had chances to score more in the first half.
With this win, Medeama moved to fourth place in the league standings. Meanwhile, Basake Holy Stars are now on a nine-game winless streak.
