Ghana Football Association (GFA) Executive Council member Nana Oduro Sarfo has insisted they will not bow to public pressure to sack Black Stars coach Otto Addo.
The 49-year-old, reappointed on a three-year deal, is under scrutiny after Ghana failed to qualify for the 2025 AFCON, finishing bottom of Group F with three points.
Despite widespread calls for his dismissal, Oduro Sarfo stated that the GFA will not be swayed by external pressure.
Instead, the GFA has strengthened the Black Stars' technical team ahead of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
German coach Winfried Schaffer has been appointed as a technical advisor, while U20 coach Desmond Offei joins as an assistant. John Paintsil and Fatawu Dauda remain assistants, with Kris Perquy as a psychologist and Gregory De Grauwe as a video analyst.
