Wendy Shay to sponsor education of girl dancing in viral video

Tracy from Ridoana Comprehensive School faced criticism for her dance moves. However, this did not stop her shine. She received an educational scholarship from music star Wendy Shay.

Wendy recently performed at the All Ashaiman Schools Festival. She visited Tracy's school again to present gifts to the young dancer.

On April 3, 2025, a video of Tracy dancing to Wendy Shay's song 'Too Late' went viral. Many admired her talent, but some criticized her outfit and expressions.

Wendy defended Tracy against the critics. She then decided to appreciate the young girl further.

In a new video on social media, Wendy visited Ridoana Comprehensive School in Ashaiman. She made donations and expressed gratitude towards Tracy.

"About a week ago, I performed here," Wendy said in the video. "During my performance, I noticed this talented shining star dancing passionately."

She continued, "The video gained attention and is still trending. Today, I want to reward my little star, Tracy."

Wendy announced she would sponsor Tracy's education from Class 5 through university. In the clip, she also gave money, drinks, and other items to support Tracy.

Since the criticism, Wendy's song 'Too Late' has gained popularity worldwide.
