Marcus Rashford has spoken after making his Aston Villa debut in their 2-1 FA Cup win over Tottenham Hotspur.
The 27-year-old, on loan from Manchester United, came on as a 60th-minute substitute and impressed in his 30-minute appearance.
After the match, Rashford thanked Villa fans on Instagram, sharing photos and expressing appreciation for their warm welcome.
Jacob Ramsey and Morgan Rogers scored for Villa, while Spurs’ Mathys Tel netted a late consolation. Rashford’s loan deal includes a £40 million option for Villa to sign him permanently at the end of the season.
