Former Great Olympics head coach Yaw Preko has criticized Hearts of Oak. He spoke ahead of their match against Asante Kotoko this weekend.
Hearts will host Kotoko on matchday 30 of the Ghana Premier League. They aim to improve their position in the league table.
Hearts have won only one of their last four games. This poor performance has dropped them to sixth place after 29 matches.
Preko believes Hearts are ‘spiritless’ before facing Kotoko, who seek another title. He stated, “Even when you are losing against them, you know you can rally back and beat them,” during an interview with Sporty FM.
Hearts have struggled with consistency all season. Many fans are calling for the dismissal of head coach Aboubakar Ouattara.
A win for Hearts would bring them within two points of Kotoko. This is crucial as there are only four games left in the season.
