Former Leicester and Besiktas defender Daniel Amartey is ready for a Black Stars call-up.

In an exclusive interview with metrotvonline.com, he expressed his eagerness.

“I am very ready to play for the Black Stars again,” Amartey said.

He added, “I love Ghana and can’t wait to earn a call-up.”

Amartey last played for Ghana on January 22, 2024.

His international career includes 53 appearances for the national team.

He has been a key player in major tournaments.

These include the Africa Cup of Nations in 2015, 2017, and 2021.
