Margibi County Superintendent, Attorney Victoria Wolobah Duncan, finds inspiration in her detractors. She believes they make her stronger in her role. When they raise issues about her administration, she feels empowered rather than discouraged.
Duncan made these comments on April 2, 2025. This was during a ceremony where she was honored as the most outstanding superintendent of the year 2024. The event took place in her office's conference room and was organized by the Coalition of Civil Society Organizations (COCSO).
The program included county officials, Father Bladee (COCSO's executive director), and Otis V Mulbah (secretary general). It also featured women, chiefs, elders from the county, and Kakata City Mayor.
Superintendent Duncan expressed gratitude to her critics. She stated that their words inspire her to work harder. "Thank you for your feedback; it gives me strength," she said.
She acknowledged that the award certificate belongs to them as well. The certificate recognizes her dedicated service to Margibi County and its youth. It highlights her contributions to Liberia's development and humanitarian efforts.
