South African prosecutors have dropped charges against 95 Libyans arrested for allegedly receiving illegal military training due to insufficient evidence.
The men will now be deported for breaching immigration laws.
They were arrested in July at a farm in Mpumalanga, where police found licensed firearms, military tents, and drugs.
The camp was initially registered for security training but appeared to have been converted into a military-style facility.
While the Libyans will be sent back to Benghazi, investigations into the farm's South African owner will continue.
