Eric Jeshrun hopeful 'City of God' will heal people in distress

Ghanaian gospel musician Eric Jeshrun, based in Canada, has released a new song. The song is titled "City of God."

It was produced by Prince Sennah. The video was directed and shot by Mr. Banks Films.

Eric Jeshrun describes "City of God" as more than just a song. He says it is a declaration rooted in scripture.

The song was released on Friday, April 25, 2025. It is available on all digital platforms.

He hopes listeners will feel the reality of God's presence. “May it become your reality, in Jesus’ name,” he said.

Eric shared the story behind the song's creation. Two years ago, he visited Ghana to minister. Just before his service, he received bad news about a friend.

Feeling down, he remembered the scripture: "There is a river whose streams make glad the City of God." He shared this message during his performance with the band.

Eric Jeshrun believes this song will bring joy to those in despair. He hopes it helps people facing difficult times in their lives.
