I started falling sick after doing drugs, visiting shrines - GodsNation

Ghanaian gospel musician GodsNation shared his story of overcoming substance abuse and black magic.

In an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, he explained his past. He sought wealth by any means necessary, which led him to shrines.

Although he gained money from spiritualists, he eventually lost everything.

GodsNation described his health struggles during this time. He fell sick but doctors found nothing wrong.

He underwent several tests, including for HIV. He struggled to sleep and took pills that helped him rest.

He also discussed his experience with Freemasonry in Accra. He wanted to join and met a security guard who advised him.

GodsNation expressed a desire to see Satan face-to-face. He felt desperate enough to pursue anything for success.

He recounted a frightening experience with drugs one April day. After smoking a cigarette, he felt like he was losing his mind.

He usually smoked multiple cigarettes at once without issue. But that day, after drinking beer and smoking one stick, he panicked.

Something urged him to take off his clothes and run. He suspected someone had tampered with his drink.

Afterward, he went home and told his mother about it. She prayed for him whenever he faced overwhelming challenges.

His mother played a crucial role in his recovery through prayer. A prophet later advised her to tell him to stop visiting shrines or risk death.

Now, GodsNation has released a new song titled "Only God." This song represents God's redemption in his life.
