Patapaa’s management issues defamation warning amid attacks

The management of Ghanaian musician Patapaa has issued a defamation notice. They warn of legal action against those making damaging remarks about him.

In a statement, the management expressed concern over negative comments targeting Patapaa. These comments are both public and private.

“Management will pursue legal action against anyone who continues to defame Patapaa,” the statement says.

The notice highlights the harm to Patapaa’s brand. He gained national and international fame from his 2017 hit song "One Corner." The management believes these attacks undermine his image and reputation.

“It has become common for individuals to speak negatively about our artist,” the statement adds.

The document is signed by Patapaa’s manager, Abdul M. Abass. It stresses the seriousness of this issue and urges the public to stop defamatory comments.
