Samant D’Legend bounces back with ‘Last Straw’ EP

Ghanaian musician Samant D’legend has started 2025 with a new project. His latest work is titled "Last Straw."

This 6-track EP is his third release. It came out on March 28, 2025. It follows his successful song "WOW," which was popular in the Americas.

Samant D’legend shared with Joy Entertainment that "Last Straw" reflects personal struggles. He describes it as expressing “bottled-up frustrations” and moments of pain masked by smiles. The lead single, "Je," highlights themes of survival and gratitude.

He calls it a personal prayer turned into melody. It celebrates strength, faith, and divine support.

In addition to "Je," which features Danqua and Goldganq, fans can enjoy other tracks. These include “Only You,” “Something,” “Vem,” and more.

Born Samuel Antwi, Samant D’legend is an international Afrobeats/Afro-fusion artist from Ghana. He has developed his skills over the years in the Americas.

He has won the Best Latin Song award three times at The Akademia Music Awards in Los Angeles. Samant has collaborated with various renowned artists like Fanieh from Brazil and Ghana’s Keche, Eno Barony, and D-Cryme. He has also worked with Crucial Bankie from Jamaica among others.
