Conor McGregor has announced he will delay his return to MMA and face Logan Paul in a boxing exhibition in India.
McGregor, who has not fought since breaking his leg in 2021, clarified on X, “The rumors of a bout with [Ilia] Topurio are false.” He stated, “I am in preliminary agreements with the Ambani family to face Logan Paul in a boxing exhibition in India.
I have agreed. I will then seek my return to the Octagon.” McGregor's only professional boxing match was a 2017 loss to Floyd Mayweather.
McGregor is also involved in a legal issue, having been ordered to pay €248,000 in a sexual assault case, though he plans to appeal.
