ADB leverages technology for customer experience at Kwahu Business Forum

Visitors could open accounts instantly using a new platform. This platform has paperless processes for convenience. Each new customer received a free Visa Prepaid Card. The card was activated on the spot, giving immediate access to digital services.

Edward Ato Sarpong, Managing Director of ADB, spoke at the event. He mentioned that ADB is repositioning itself as an innovative bank. The bank aims to use technology for tailored products and services.

Sarpong highlighted the Kwahu Business Forum as a strategic platform. He expressed pride in ADB's commitment to inclusive banking. The successful launch of their digital onboarding platform shows readiness for technological advancement.

ADB is selecting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from the forum. They plan to offer these businesses customized financial services for growth. ADB provides various products and services across all segments. Their offerings include agribusiness, corporate banking, and electronic banking.

The bank operates 89 locations throughout the country to serve customers better.
