ADEC Innovations explores KPO investment in Ghana following feasibility study

James Donovan is the Co-founder and CEO of ADEC Innovations. He recently met with Simon Madjie, CEO of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC). They discussed starting a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) company in Ghana.

This meeting followed a successful feasibility study by ADEC Innovations. The study shows growing investor confidence in Ghana as an outsourcing hub. Mr. Donovan is optimistic about Ghana's potential for high-value services.

ADEC Innovations operates in 22 countries across six continents. This global presence gives them the expertise to help develop Ghana’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and KPO sectors. “We see Ghana as a strategic gateway into West Africa,” Donovan said.

He noted that Ghana has a young, educated workforce and strong support for digital transformation. GIPC CEO Simon Madjie welcomed this initiative. He reaffirmed the Centre’s commitment to creating a business-friendly environment.

Madjie expressed excitement about ADEC Innovations’ interest in job creation and skills development. He also mentioned technology transfer as a key benefit of this investment. This proposal aligns with Ghana’s digital economy goals and its aim to be a competitive outsourcing destination in Africa.

Further discussions between ADEC Innovations and stakeholders are expected soon.
