Absa Bank partners with Dulcie Boateng for Porials Pitch II

Absa Bank Ghana has formed a partnership with Porials Pitch II. This marketplace is the fastest-growing youth-led initiative in Ghana, founded by Dulcie Boateng.

As the lead sponsor and official banking partner, Absa will provide financial solutions. These solutions will support vendors and shoppers at a pop-up event on Saturday, 19 April at Ghud Park.

This partnership shows Absa’s commitment to digital innovation and youth entrepreneurship. Thousands of shoppers are expected to engage with over 150 diverse vendors.

Absa will launch a new digital wallet to promote financial inclusion for youth. They have also planned rewards for customers, including cash prizes up to GHS 2,000.

Dulcie Boateng welcomed this collaboration as an endorsement of youth-led innovation. She stated that having support from a trusted bank is a significant milestone.

Boateng expressed excitement about creating a rewarding experience for both shoppers and vendors.

Nana Essilfuah Tamakloe, Director of Marketing at Absa Bank Ghana, shared her thoughts on the partnership. She noted that it connects with Ghana’s growing community of young business owners and consumers.

Tamakloe said they are eager to help create value where it matters most.

Absa Bank Ghana is the lead sponsor and official banking partner for this event.
