Akufo-Addo commissions new Bank of Ghana Headquarters

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has inaugurated the Bank of Ghana's (BoG) state-of-the-art headquarters in Accra, a milestone aimed at enhancing the central bank's operations and service delivery.

The ceremony, held on November 20, 2024, brought together government officials, BoG executives, and financial sector leaders.

In his address, President Akufo-Addo praised the BoG for its dedication to innovation and efficiency, highlighting the facility's role in modernizing financial infrastructure.

He noted that the new headquarters will serve as a "command center," fostering reforms, improving regulatory frameworks, and enhancing Ghana's investment climate.
