Ato Forson Swears in Nine-Member GRA Board

The Minister for Finance, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, has inaugurated a new board for the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). This nine-member board aims to boost domestic revenue and ensure integrity in GRA operations.

The board is chaired by Hon. George Ricketts Hagan. He is a former Deputy Minister of Finance and MP for Cape Coast South. Dr. Forson highlighted the GRA's vital role in Ghana's economic development. He urged the board to implement reforms that improve efficiency, compliance, and transparency in revenue collection.

The board consists of experienced professionals from various backgrounds:
